FINCA LA PITAGUA, S.L. has received a grant from the European Union under the Andalusia ERDF Programme 2021-2027 aimed at improving the competitiveness and digitalisation of the commercial and artisan sector in Andalusia, the main purpose of which is to carry out projects to promote growth, competitiveness and consolidation of self-employed workers and commercial and artisan SMEs - Modality B for:

• Consultancy to design and implement an omnichannel strategy to improve the relationship between the company and the customer.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for potential and existing customers and other customer loyalty actions.
• Contracting services focused on optimising the digital channels of the business to improve online positioning (SEO, SEM) making it easier for customers to find the business in an agile way.
• Contracting of relationship marketing or customer relationship improvement services.
• Hiring social media management services or designing a social media strategy.
