The Lamb Hass is a variety that combines the best of the classic Hass with natural improvements that make it particularly attractive to both consumers and producers. Its fruit is slightly larger, with thick, rough, dark green skin that turns almost black when ripe, maintaining the characteristic appearance of the Hass. The flesh is creamy, with excellent flavour and a high oil content, ideal for enjoying in any preparation. Lamb Hass stands out for its quality, size and long shelf life, positioning itself as an excellent option in the premium avocado market.

The Lamb Hass stands out for its deep flavour, very similar to that of the traditional Hass, although many consumers appreciate its even more consistent and firm texture. This characteristic makes it a superb choice for cold dishes, sushi, complete salads or any gourmet presentation where the quality and appearance of the avocado make all the difference. Its creamy flesh and excellent flavour enhance any recipe, adding a sophisticated and healthy touch.

What is in the box?

Each box contains an assortment of avocados ranging from junior to extra-large. Each harvest is unique and the weight of the fruit varies. We try to ensure that each box contains a wide variety of sizes. In the rare event that your avocados are slightly smaller than usual, we will always make sure that you receive extra fruit in your box.

Submission and presentation

Available in boxes of 1.8, 3, 4.5 or 6 kg, harvested to order, shipped in less than 24 hours and you receive it in 3 or 4 days. It arrives firm so that it can finish ripening at home at its optimum point in a natural way.
