Bacon avocado seduces with its mild and delicate flavour, with fresh and slightly sweet notes that distinguish it from other varieties. Thanks to its firm texture, Bacon is perfect for fresh salads, salmon or tuna tartares, ceviches, natural sandwiches, wraps, light bowls and cold soups such as gazpacho. It is an exquisite choice for those who appreciate subtlety and freshness in gourmet cuisine.
Each box contains an assortment of avocados ranging from junior to extra-large. Each harvest is unique and the weight of the fruit varies. We try to ensure that each box contains a wide variety of sizes. In the rare event that your avocados are slightly smaller than usual, we will always make sure that you receive extra fruit in your box.
Available in boxes of 1.8, 3, 4.5 or 6 kg, harvested to order, shipped in less than 24 hours and you receive it in 3 or 4 days. It arrives firm so that it can finish ripening at home at its optimum point in a natural way.
